A little bit of drizzle didn’t deter us from having a fun afternoon last Thursday at our first Come Try Day. With the help of PlayNRL Game Development Officer, Daniel and our mini and mod coaches the kids had an absolute ball running drills, learning skills, meeting new friends and cheering their team mates on.
The Asquith Magpies will be holding some more Come and Try sessions in the coming weeks. If you have a child (4+) and are interested in them joining a fun, active team sport for Winter 2018, come along and meet our League-Safe accredited coaches, parents and committee for a chat, we’ll be happy to answer any of your queries and the kids can have fun learning new skills.
