High Performance Training commenced this week with a high number of participance registering to the program.<br>
High Performance Training is an off season training which consists of 3 sessions per week focusing on Strength conditioning and core training, Defence, Safe tackling, Skills, Drills and Game psychology.
This is an awesome program set up by our Club Coach James and excellent work by our specialists trainers.
Everyone felt it the next morning after the Wilkins Barbell session.

With one week down and these players want to learn more and are doing themselves and the club proud.
